2. Refund Policy for Purchases Made on AIGPE™ Website

For purchases made directly on the AIGPE™ website, such as buying a digital credential (certification, badge, or any other digital recognition), the following refund policy applies:

• A refund request can only be made before the credential is issued.
• Once a credential has been issued, refunds will not be processed under any circumstances.

To request a refund, please contact programs@aigproexcellence.com with the necessary details, including proof of purchase.

3. Unauthorized Use of AIGPE™ Branding and Credentials

 

AIGPE™ branding, logos, digital badges, and certifications are proprietary assets. Unauthorized use, distribution, or reproduction of these materials is strictly prohibited.
