Hello, my name is Carla Castro. I'm from Guatemala. I currently work as a Process Lead where I focus on process improvement, operational excellence, and raving business performance. Recently, I completed the AIGPE Lean Six Sigma certification. I decided to pursue this certification because I wanted to strengthen my problem-solving skills, improve my understanding of process improvement methodologies, and gain practical tools that I could apply directly to my day-to-day work. One of the things I enjoyed most about learning with Rahul was the ability to explain the complex concepts in a simple and practical way. The course was structured very clearly and the real-world examples helped me to understand not only the theory behind the Lean Six Sigma but also how to apply it to the actual business situation.
