Hello, this is Tushar. I'm from India. My current role is innovation and continuous improvement in my organization. I completed AI GPE certification today. The certification I took up for a reason, the RCA tool had a blend of AI, which is the need of today. I loved the way Rahul taught various lessons. They were very systematically organized topic by topic. And the AI prompt how to give and for each RCA tool, the review and revalidation pitfalls. These topics in the end of each RCA tool helps us to build onto and confirm our understanding. The quizzes were really nice to strengthen our concepts.
