Hello, my name is Nihal Mahrez. I discovered AIGPE while looking for the process improvement course and decided to enroll the Lean Six Sigma white belt certification to learn fundamentals of quality management. The learning journey was smooth and engaging, with short lessons that made their concepts easy to understand. I learned that quality is about meeting customers' expectations, continuously improving process, and reducing defects and variation. One of the most valuable lessons for me was understanding the core principles of quality and efficiency and how they contribute to better business performance. Overall, this course has given me greater confidence and solid foundations in Six Sigma. And thank you. I look forward to continuing my Six Sigma journey.
