Lizbeth Puentes Hernández

Good morning, my name is Lisbeth Puentes-Hernández. During this course of Green Belt in Lean Six Sigma, I had the opportunity to acquire new knowledge and tools that allow me to analyze different processes, not only looking for the problem, but looking for the root cause and avoiding what happens again. One of the main learnings was working with structured information that allows me to address problems in a moderate way and take decisions based on data. I learned to identify what the problem is, what the client's requirement is to be able to establish concrete objectives. I also understood the importance of reducing waste. They helped me understand that small changes can achieve great benefits. This course also strengthened me in part of my work to be able to make decisions based on data, problem resolution and cost improvement. Green Belt not only taught me concepts and tools to improve, but also taught me to be able to see continuous improvement. I am very grateful to have taken this course, since the tools I learned will help me a lot in the work and academic side. Thank you for your attention.
