Hello, my name is [inaudible]. I am a managing partner of a partnership firm here based in Coimbatore. I am running a [inaudible]. I want to thank [inaudible] and the sources that they have provided to enlighten my thought process. This has given me a good insight of how I should be approaching the process, how can I identify the problems, etc. Because I too am basically being in a logistic support. It starts from order receiving to billing to achieving targets to dispatch and it's a long process. And I am working with multiple [inaudible]. This has given me a fair idea of how I should be approaching my process or how should I streamline the errors. Or how should I be able to identify and bring up the solution that would continuously improve on a stage by stage basis. And I thank them and I find the materials to be really useful to bring about a calm thinking about the process. So I am ever so grateful to the materials that has been provided to me, which is known to be over complicated. Which I feel is quite sufficient enough for my process thinking and my way of handling things, my management style as well. And I am so grateful and I thank everyone for this.
