Karla Castro

Hello, my name is Karla Castro. I'm from Guatemala. I work as a process lead and I recently completed the AIGPE Six Sigma Black Belt certification. I decided to pursue this certification because I wanted to strengthen my process, improvement skills, enhance my analytical thinking, and gain practical tools that I could apply directly in my day-to-day work. Continuous improvement is an important part of my role, so earning this certification was a natural next step in my professional development.
