Ryan Juarez

Hi, hello everyone. My name is Ryan. I'm from the Philippines. I currently work as a manager from [unclear], in customer protection operations. I recently just completed the AIGPE certification, and I'm really happy to have the opportunity to learn something that I can actually apply to my work. I really appreciate the learning and how the training explained the concepts in a simple, practical way. The examples made the topics much easier to understand. So again, I would like to thank everyone for this opportunity, and good luck to the other team that would like to also try this training for certification. So I really encourage everyone. This is a great way for you to start now in order to develop your skills in the future. Again, thank you so much.
