Good morning, my name is Lizbeth Puentes Hernández, and I'm going to share my experience during the Black Belt course. It has represented an important learning experience, both professional and personal for me. I learned methodologies and learning tools to analyze situations, please the client, look for a root cause, and take a statistical control. I took the best out of this course to take it as a matter of my work, I think I'm going to take it forward, I learned a lot, I liked to have been in the course, and I appreciate the opportunity to continue learning more. Now I know that I can follow up on more complex problems and give them a solution. That's all, thank you very much.
